For as long as I can remember I have always enjoyed using my hands to create things, whether it be folded pieces of notebook paper that loosely resembled airplanes, or a finely crafted mahogany lock box. I am happy as long as my hands are physically touching the medium. My goal is to create beautiful hand crafted pottery that can be used and appreciated every day. In every household there exists that certain cup, or bowl that each person is individually drawn to. It is the first thing they reach for when the cabinet is opened. I want to be the artist who made that piece. |
